I'm an operator who has launched services from 0 to 1 and grown businesses myself. Because I know what founders struggle with, I don't just build features — I build services that actually run.
I co-founded SixShop, serve as CPO at Miraise, and lead strategy for Aheadkorea's K-pop fandom platform Upick. A senior who can draw strategy and build it directly — that's the fractional model.

저희는 '개발을 하기 위해' 존재하는 회사가 아니라, '운영을 정리하기 위해' 존재하는 회사입니다.
내부적으로 개발 역량을 보유하고 있지만, 무조건적인 자체 개발보다는 기존 솔루션(SaaS)이나 노코드 툴을 활용하는 것을 우선으로 제안합니다. 꼭 필요한 경우에만 개발을 진행하며, 이 경우에도 직접 수행하거나 검증된 파트너사와 협업하여 관리해 드립니다.

오히려 작은 규모일 때 시스템을 잡는 것이 가장 효율적입니다.
