Many say "I need a WMS" or "I need an OMS". But often, organizing structure comes before solutions.

Do I need a WMS?
Warehouse Management System
✅ You NEED it if:
- • 100+ orders/day
- • 500+ SKUs
- • Inventory count is unknown
- • Frequent shipping errors
- • Connecting to 3PL
⛔ You DON'T need it if:
- • Less than 50 orders/day
- • Less than 100 SKUs
- • Small, simple warehouse
- • Excel/Paper is working fine
Do I need an OMS?
Order Management System
✅ You NEED it if:
- • 3+ Sales Channels
- • Consolidating orders takes hours
- • Inventory sync failed
- • CS can't find order status easily
⛔ You DON'T need it if:
- • 1~2 Channels only
- • Platform features suffice
- • Low order volume
